CHO HUI CHIN is the sole authorial and institutional authority of all projects, platforms, materials, and public statements unless otherwise defined by formal written agreement. No individual or organisation is authorised to represent, speak for, or act on behalf of CHO HUI CHIN without explicit prior written authorisation.

3. Intellectual Property

All artworks, texts, concepts, systems, research materials, visual materials, recordings, and associated documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of CHO HUI CHIN unless otherwise stated in formal written agreement.
